Healing for Good Girls with Rachel Whalley
Rachel Whalley is a spiritual psychotherapist and energy healer who specializes in helping women transform their “Good Girl” patterns. As a recovering “Good Girl,” Rachel knows that fear of conflict is at the heart of many women’s self-limiting behavior. She uses experiential tools like EFT, Family Constellations, ritual, and Internal Family Systems (inner parts work) to create transformational moments that can last a lifetime. Her sole mission is to bring women to a deeper sense of themselves so that they, too, can help heal the world.
